A more nourishing take on chocolate bliss balls
Bliss balls are a go-to for a reason - quick, satisfying and easy. But many lean heavily on dates and nuts, offering little beyond a quick energy hit. This version is more balanced.

Chocolate Nourish Collagen Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 2 scoops Motherhood Glow Collagen or Daily Glow Collagen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tbsp almond milk
- Optional - Desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Method
- Blend almonds and walnuts into a coarse crumb.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
- Add almond milk gradually until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Roll into bite-sized balls.
- Roll in desiccated coconut.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes.
