Breastfeeding Vitality Recipes
Breastfeeding Vitality is the perfect nourishing pick me up for breastfeeding mums. Easy to use just add to your favourite milk, water or try one of our tasty smoothie recipes.
Berry Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
2 scoops (8g) of Breastfeeding Vitality
300mls of your favourite dairy free milk (we like oat milk)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1/2 tbsp of oats (great for milk supply)

🌱Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blitz for one minute until well combined.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Mango Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
2 scoops (8g) Breastfeeding Vitality
300mls of your favourite milk or coconut water
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh mango
1tbsp coconut yoghurt
1tsp flaxseeds (great for milk supply)
Few cubes of ice

Green Goddess Smoothie

2 scoops of Breastfeeding Vitality (8g serve)
300 mls of your favourite milk or coconut water
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup organic spinach leaves
1tbsp lemon juice
