REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns of any unopened products as long as they are in their original condition. You will need to notify us by email within 14 days of product purchase at hello@hqhealth.com.au. We would love to know why you have changed your mind.
Just send back your unopened products within 14 days with a copy of your original purchase confirmation. Shipping a return is at your own expense and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. We are also not able to refund any Customs duties or sales tax.
If you do not notify us within 14 days of purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of product.
What can I return or exchange?
We are happy to return or exchange unopened, unused and sealed products in original condition. As our products are food based and ingestible we cannot accept the return of any opened products.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange your product drop us an email at hello@hqhealth.com.au with a picture of the damage and your purchase confirmation. Post your product to us - HQ | Intelligent Health, Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia. We will then send you out a new one.
