Pregnancy Vitality Recipes
Pregnancy Vitality gives you the extra support you need on your pregnancy journey. Easy to use just add to your favourite milk or try one of our tasty smoothie recipes.
Vanilla Berry Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
1 serve Pregnancy Vitality (15g)
300mls of your favourite diary free milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tsp chia or flaxseeds

🌱Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blitz for one minute until well combined.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Choc Peanut Butter Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
1 serve Pregnancy Vitality
300mls of your favourite milk
1 small banana or 1/2 large
2 medjool dates pitted
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao

🌱Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blitz for one minute until well combined.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Pregnancy Bliss Balls
🌱Ingredients
2 serves Pregnancy Vitality (30g)
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup quick oats
5 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup water, coconut water or your favourite non-dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Desiccated coconut for rolling

🌱Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor until a dough forms. Add a bit more liquid if needed. The mix should stick together so you can roll it into a ball.
2. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll into a ball. Roll so covered in the desiccated coconut.
3. Pop in the fridge and store airtight for up to a week.
