Breastfeeding Vitality has a natural vanilla flavour - simply mix 8g of powder (2 level scoops) with your favourite cold milk, add to a smoothie or mix with water.

Recipe for Success

Breastfeeding Vitality and all of the HQ products have honestly made my pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum journeys so much more energised. My hair, nails, energy levels and strength have never been better! I have a wonderful supply for breastfeeding and notice the days when I don't have it. I love the ingredients as I feel like I am getting the extra support with nutrients, minerals and herbs, especially on the days when you are nap trapped and don't get to lunch till 3pm - my morning green vitality smoothie gets me through!
