Re-Energise 'Straight up'
🌱Ingredients
2 flat scoops or one daily sachet of Re-Energise powder
250mls Water or Juice---
🌱Method
1. Add 2 flat scoops of Re-Energise with water to make a paste
2. Add more water or juice to taste and drink for your nutrient hit!
Fruit Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
2 flat scoops or one daily sachet of Re-Energise powder
250mls of diary free milk (we like Cocoquench)
1 small banana
50g of frozen berries
30g oats (great for milk supply)

🌱Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blitz for one minute until well combined.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Mango Smoothie
🌱Ingredients
2 flat scoops or one daily sachet of Re-Energise powder
250mls of diary free milk (we like Cocoquench)
1 small banana
50g of frozen or fresh mango
30g coconut yoghurt
10g flaxseeds (great for milk supply)
