Finally a supplement that tastes absolutely delicious while also helping me more than I thought possible. I really struggled with energy in the third trimester, which I just thought was to be expected, but this stuff is a game changer. I'm 33 weeks and don't feel exhausted or crampy/achy. I just mix it with coconut milk or add it to a smoothie and enjoy the taste and full feeling afterwards. I'm about to run out of it so am ordering the Fourth Trimester Bundle very soon! Love this product, it really helped me feel energised even during long days and nights with my newborn baby.

I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now. The first week I didn’t notice a difference but by the 2nd week I started to notice an increase in energy. Felt like my foggy brain cleared and was having more energy for the little extras. I can even notice a difference in my skin, hair and nails.

I was looking for something to help with my hormone and mood regulation after being diagnosed with PPD. I've almost finished my first container and have noticed it seems to help with my mood. That's not to say that this will cure PPD, but I can definitely tell the difference when I've missed making a cup. It also doesn't seem to have any negative affects on my breastfed baby, who generally has a sensitive stomach. Will be ordering again once I've run out.
